The SCRC strongly encourages you to vote by mail and vote early to ensure your vote is received and counted. You can now sign up to be a PERMANENT BY-MAIL VOTER or 1 election only vote-by-mail voter. Click, complete the form and return your application to the address at the bottom of the form.
