 The PHR is a chapter of the Southern California Republican Coalition and is dedicated to informing voters, growing Republican registration in the Republican Party in Los Angeles County, and continuing to elect committed Republicans to school boards, library boards, commissions, and city councils.  The PHR serves Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, San Pedro, Harbor Gateway, Long Beach, Avalon, and much of the areas covered by Assembly District 54 (AD54), Senate District 25 (SD25), and Senate District 27 (SD). 

Already in our very short history, we have fantastic speakers lining up to join us and share their experiences and insights.

We are bringing together Palos Verdes Republicans and San Pedro Republicans to better understand local issues and to improve local government in our neighborhoods.  At the same time we are gaining a better understanding of the California Republican Party, the issues and positions of candidates for California Assembly and California Senate as well as Congressional candidates.

BCRC Important News 

The Beach Cities Republican Club was established in 2001 and has membership across the South Bay and Los Angeles County.  It is one of the most well known and successful clubs in Southern California.  The membership helps field 100's of volunteers to walk precincts for candidates each election cycle and contributes countless funds.

Furthermore, BCRC members are recognized volunteer, elected, and appointed leaders through the state of California. 

The Beach Cities Republican Club is investigating re-chartering itself to be an official chapter of the Southern California Republican Coalition.  This will not only bring improved infrastructure and resources, but will also increase the impact it can have on local elections.

The Beach Cities Republican Club is dedicated to informing voters, growing Republican registration in the Republican Party in Los Angeles County, and continuing to elect committed Republicans to school boards, library boards, commissions, and city councils.  The BCRC serves Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Venice, Playa Del Rey, Marina Del Rey, Gardena, Culver City, Carson, Lomita, much of Los Angeles, and all of Assembly District 53 (AD53) and Senate District 28 (SD28).  We have members as far away as Malibu, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, and Iraq.

The Beach Cities Republican Club is chartered by the Republican Party of Los Angeles County - and don't call us the Bay Cities Republican Club!

In our long history since 2000, we have had a very wide range of speakers including numerous candidates for Governor, members of the Governor's cabinet, members of the President's administration, world renown authors & thought leaders as well as local candidates for offices ranging from mayor, city council, school board, and water board.  We have had sheriffs and colonels; district attorneys and judges.

The BCRC provides the most dynamic and interesting line up of speakers month after month! 

Numerous members of the Beach Cities Republican Club and the Peninsula Harbor Republicans participated in the Redondo Beach Memorial Day Parade on Monday May 26th.   We rode in and walked beside Gene Dotson's beautiful '55 Cadillac El Dorado.  But when the low speeds & no cooling air on the radiator resulted in the car overheating, the car stalled out.  Did your local Republicans look for the government to help?  Did we blame the Democrats for not drilling for oil or not building any refineries?  (Well, that was tempting).  No, we took responsibility for our own success and finished the parade having a great time, pushing the car the rest of the way.  Adversity turned into a great endeavor when people from the side of the parade ran out to help push at times and even a troop of Boy Scouts helped push to the final parking lot.  Give those boys a badge for great community service!

At the end of the day, nothing was going to stop us from saying...
